Our Human Resources Team is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Officer who is enthusiastic and passionate about HR and delivering excellent customer service.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of people as a HR generalist and will get involved in delivering solutions across all aspects of the HR function as well as working on HR and Organisational Development related projects.

The successful candidate will play a key role in our busy HR team providing a professional and efficient HR service to staff across the organisation. The role will involve working closely with managers to deliver HR advice and guidance on our employment policies and employment law, support with employee relations matters, advise on best practice and ensure equality and consistency is applied throughout all of our HR processes and procedures. You will also work collaboratively with the rest of the HR team to provide an effective and efficient HR service across the two authorities.

We’re looking for an individual who gets on well with others and is confident in building good working relationships with staff at all levels of the organisation. You will need to be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of the team with the ability to switch between tasks and juggle competing deadlines and demands.

If you have the skills we are looking for and enjoy working with people, we’d love to hear from you.
